Progreso Hispano and its volunteers offer different levels of ESL and conversational courses.

Fall and Spring Semesters

Placement

Students must take a placement exam to determine their level of English proficiency.

Registration fee $50.00 (this includes books, CD, and class material). Pre-registration required.

New semester classes begin in January and September of each year.

Class Schedule

Daytime Classes

Level 1: Monday/Wednesday, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Level 2: Monday/Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Conversational English (at GSCC location): Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Evening Classes

Level 1: Monday/Wednesday, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

Level 1: Tuesday/Thursday, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

Level 2: Monday/Wednesday, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

Level 3: Monday/Wednesday, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

Citizenship Prep: Tuesday/Thursday, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

Computer Lab is open daily to the community.
